At the Fischerhof, everything is cooked with passion. Horst loves bringing the best ingredients to the table. His pizza is legendary — thin, crispy, Apulian-inspired, made from dough that rests for 48 hours. He cooks with what South Tyrol provides: fresh, seasonal, unfussy — and full of flavour.
